Home inspections are fundamental in our philosophy. Our tailored home inspections are designed to act as a preventive maintenance system for your home. The objective is to identify any problems or weaknesses before they cause significant property damage - saving you valuable time and money. Although our inspections do not guarantee your home will be problem free, our watchful eyes will catch most minor problems before they become major ones.

All of our inspections are structured in the same format. We cover the interior and exterior of the home. All exterior building materials and finishes are monitored. Inside we not only visually check items, we also physically turn on all appliances and mechanical systems. We’ll check plumbing fixtures as well as doors and windows.

Once an inspection is complete, a copy is emailed to you with any recommendations we have.

Membership

Getting started with Arrowhead Cabin Care is easy. Select the plan that fits your needs and sign-up to become a member. Membership includes priority response for all maintenance and concierge services. It also includes discounted rates on maintenance and concierge services. Membership includes a discretely mounted lock box at your home with your own distinctive code.

Initial enrollment is a one-time $50.00 fee.

We have designed three inspection packages that serve as a framework to develop a customized inspection for your home.

Dogwood Package

This plan provides one inspection per month. As described above, this inspection is tailored for your home. It covers all essential items as well as any specific areas that may require our attention.

$69.00 per month

Pine Package

This plan provides two inspections per month. Similarly, the inspection is personalized for your home. This package also includes two complimentary Home Arrival Services per month. We’ll go by your home before you arrive and take care of the basics; turn off the alarm, adjust the thermostat, turn on the water and turn on some lights. We’ll even take any special requests such as, open some windows or turn the spa heater on.

$169.00 per month

Sequoia Package

This plan provides four inspections per month. As with all of our plans, you get a unique inspection form specifically for your home. This plan also includes two Home Arrival Services and two Home Departure Services. In addition to the Home arrival service described above, we’ll go by your home after you leave and take care of all of the details. We will turn off the water, turn down the thermostats, we’ll even remove any perishables and dispose of all of the trash.
